In this conversation, Andrew Scivally shares his thoughts on diversity and inclusion in the global workforce and how to implement DCI training with your team members.

1. TechFunnel: Why has diversity and inclusion become a hot topic in recent years? years?

Andrew Scivally: The covid-19 pandemic has certainly brought to light many work-related and social justice issues over the past two years, but even before that, we noticed that our clients were asking for more resources around diversity and inclusion, as well as the subconscious. bias training.
